Boss health bar immortality overlay

The healthbar overlay for the new static boss health bars is showing in some encounters even while the boss is damageable. This is consistently happening in the Katarina encounter (betrayal).
The effect of this is that it is not clear to the player when the boss can actually be damaged (except by attacking and see if the health bar goes down).
