Left Cntrl and Alt key being registered as same button press, only in game

My control and alt keys were being registered as a single button press with the alt key.

I initla thought I might of turned on sticky keys, it was off.

I thought it might of been awakened POE trade, so I ended the process and restarted the game.

I then thought my keyboard software was acting up, so I uninstalled then reinstalled my keyboard software, and restarted my computer.

After this, I came back into the game, figuring it would be fixed, but my screen keyboard was still showing these buttons pressed at the same time in game only, and not on a different application like chrome. I tried in windowed, windowed full screen, and full screen mode. All had the same behavior.

I had to fully reinstall the game, and then it only resolved the issue, and left control wasnt causing the alt keys to be hit.

More context, this only happened with the left control key, the right control key had it working fine.

Not sure what to categories this as, but the closest tag I see is controller to keyboard.
