Poorjoy and some other Unique maps not counting as bonus completed

I have done Poorjoy's Asylum about 3 or 4 times and it is not completing the bonus for the map. I even killed every monster in the map just in case. Nothing though. Not sure if this is a bug or if I just missed something in the patch notes about this. Other Unique maps have worked and some other did not. List that I have done and it has counted are: Oba's Cursed Trove, Vaults of Atziri, Pillars of Arun, Olmec's Sanctum, and Whakawairua tuahu. Maps I have done but the bonus didn't count are just poorjoy's asylum and caer blaidd, wolfpack's den.

I ran into the same issue with Death and Taxes. Map fully cleared, 0 monsters remaining and map complete but atlas shows bonus isn't checked and no point granted. Note, this was a Kirac mission.

Same thing happened to me with Putrid Cloister. Challenge progress shows the map has been completed, but no bonus credit on the atlas. Map was done as a kirac mission.

Same here with Oba's Cursed Trove. Shows up as completed with no bonus in the atlas. :(
