Hateforge Rage Cost

The "Savage Intensity" node on the tree does not affect vaal skill rage cost with Hateforge.
Vaal Lightning Strike cost: 20 souls
25% roll hateforge, tireless cluster and this node would give 60% reduced cost
-> should make VLS cost 8 rage
instead it makes it cost 12 rage ( implying Savage Intensity does not effect the rage cost of it

Bump, just set this up with hateforge currently and does not work clearly bugged.

Adding my voice here too, it does not seem to work with anything other than mana cost.
