Can't send ship to Pondium

Been trying to send a ship to Pondium but it doesn't register that a ship has actually been sent.

I load the ship and press "Set sail". Then I hear the bell, but instead of actually sailing it tosses me back to the "Select port" option card.

Same problem no matter what ship I try to send to specifically Pondium.

I actually have this issue when trying to ship to Ngakanu; I get the message "This operation could not be completed" with no further information given.
