Admiral's Arrogance melee skill gem level snapshot

New unique item Admiral's Arrogance, Antique Gauntlets has the modifier +(1-3) to Level of all Melee Skill Gems.

This modifier "snapshots"; the level of socketed melee gems isn't updated when player equips or unequips the gloves, but is updated on zone change or when the gem is unsocketed and socketed in again.
