Gaining "Rage"

After 3.25 update Rage has been reworked.

in Recently Asked Questions https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3532389#7 we have received information about "Rage" rework mechanic.

Multiple sources of rage on hit can grant you rage from the same hit. If you have 5 rage on hit from a weapon, 3 from a tincture, and 2 from an ascendancy, you would gain 10 rage from a single hit and then the 0.5 second cooldown would kick in.

But it actually stopped working.
Notable passives like Bloodscent not gaining rage. I try to use Veteran's Wrath. But it doesn't work either.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or did I miss something?

Someone said it is UI error, the rage is still gaining and the character screen dps has changed

Hmmmm...

Maybe it is, but it is not reflected in the POB in any way.
Need to check in game.

I noticed when I gain Rage, my character turns red. Except, I looked for the Rage buff icon and it's non-existent. Is this just a glitch? It would be nice to know exactly how much Rage I have.

There's a bar along the top of the mana orb that displays how much Rage you have. It's only visible when you've gained Rage since entering the area.
