Attack and Cast speed not avialable on flasks

I have spent hundreds of alterations trying to get cast speed on a utility flask but have never any tier appear. There are reports on Reddit of other people having the same issue, and the mod is not showing on poe.db anymore.
Was this affix removed from flasks? There is nothing about attack and cast speed on flasks int he patch notes, so I'm assuming it is a bug. Last bumped on Jul 29, 2024, 11:18:38 AM

poedb does not list these as modifiers and the ones on standard in trade are now listed as S0 meaning it's outside of normal suffixes. It's not a bug. It's gone.
