Rerolling to Eramirs favor gives you 1 skill point from Eramir

So I decided to reroll to Eramirs favor (from Aliras). I had one unspent skill point from leveling just before. When I rerolled I just got one extra skill point from Eramirs favor. If I type /passives I can also see that I've only gotten one skill point from Deal with the bandits (see here: https://imgur.com/a/8JK7lCM)

He only gives one skill point as of 3.25.
The golden hand quest gives a skillpoint to replace it now. |
