dual wielding mastery question

I would like to ask if the +20% spell block chance from the first specialization talent for dual wielding cannot be doubled by the Scion Ascendant's Gladiator double dual-wield block chance?

It's not doubled.
"What the mastery does, is remove the inherent attack block bonus from dual wielding and add the spell block stat to your character (while dual wielding), which is not an inherent bonus. |
