Pale Seraphim Not Desecrating in My Corpse Pool

I currently have a Pale Seraphim as one of my spectres. I have tried over 100 desecrates in my hideout and not once has he shown up. I have had others come try in my Hideout and I have gone to theirs and still nothing. Could you please look into this. Thanks.

This just happened to me as well, it seems to be affecting all "pale" spectres from the Orichalcum shrine. I tried others and the same thing happened. I am not sure about pale seraphim from beyond mechanic itself.
