Anoint node "No Forgiveness" has very weird behavior

Anoint "No Forgiveness": 20% chance for used Retaliation Skills to remain Usable and not consume a Cooldown Use.

Gladiator's Ascendancy "Measured Retaliation": 50% chance for used Retaliation Skills to remain Usable and not consume a Cooldown Use.

When I was playing with "No Forgiveness" with "Measured Retaliation", I felt the triggering rate is very low. Then I tested the trigger rate for it to remain usable and not consume cooldown use, and below are results:

Test 1 (100 times) - "Measured Retaliation" + "No Forgiveness": trigger_rate = 39% (NOT expected)
Test 2 (100 times) - "Measured Retaliation" alone: trigger_rate = 52% (expected)
Test 3 (100 times) - "No Forgiveness" alone: trigger_rate = 84% (NOT expected)

yeah just ran into the same problem feels like the annoint ovverrides the ascendancy chance or something

Important issue for retaliate builds, please let us know when fixed GGG!

I can confirm. I was so happy I finally bought the oils just to feel disappointment. I refunded the Measured Retaliation, running with No Forgivness only, I can get even up to 10 recasts.... This is so broken right now.

Your results look like the devs made a mistake for the sign of the anoinment value in the calculation. Instead of adding it, they subtract it.

"Measured Retaliation" + "No Forgiveness": 50% - 20% -> 30%
"Measured Retaliation" alone: 50%
"No Forgiveness" alone: -20% -> maybe overflow back to 80% (100%-20%)

At least your tests are close to these values.

Crazy, the anoint alone is indeed giving high chances of keeping the retaliation. But we also lose 2 seconds of uptime. Still feels better, so I'll keep it that way until they fix it.

EDIT: Did it just got patched ? I cant get any proc anymore, no matter if it's the anoint or the ascendancy. It ALWAYS goes on CD.
