Bismuth ore - White flash "storm" weather - Vision discomfort

Hi.

Just a little feedback about the dynamic weather event from bismuth ore.

The white flash from the storm is way too fast and random (once switched on on the map), causing some vision discomfort (on a panel of my viewers).

Making it a bit longer would probably make it better, also spacing flashes a little more. The darkening of the map also seems a bit overtuned causing high contrast with the flashes.

Very much agree with this. The lightning flashes are way too intense on the darkened screen.

I turn off screenshake for a reason. Please let me turn flashing lights off too.

The flashing light is really really REALLY uncomfortable. I just started rushing the boss with my eyes closed only opening every so often to make sure I'm not dying. GGG please remove as soon as possible :(
