Rage not stacking...? (Help...)

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble right now and I can't gain any stack of rage, could someone give me a hand here? please.

I'm using Berserker ascendancy with only Aspect of Carnage, with Veteran's Wrath and Battle Trance + 7 Rage mastery. My main skill is Smite, but I've also tried to use rage support with my leap slam or attacking normally with a Disapprobation Axe (Gain 4 Rage on Melee Hit).

Any ideas of what's happining?

Same problem, I've allocated the axe notable + axe mastery for 3 rage per hit and can't see any stack anywhere.

For me it doesn't increase after 100, no idea what's going on.

I've allocated the next ascension (Crave the Slaughter) and my rage is now stacking...? I don't understand it.

Have a similar problem. Allocated 'Slaughter' which should give '1 rage on hit with axes' and allocated 'Axe mastery' with 'Gain 2 rage on hit with axes'.
I'm obviously using an axe (Gilded Axe) and it doesn't generate rage at all.
Any help/thoughts why?
