Can't invite Faustus, the financier to hidout

Hello, new to PoE, first league start. The option to invite Faustus to your hideout is not available at all. I started a new character talked to Johan, the king's hand the "invite to hideout" option was there but didn't do it. Now, that option is no longer available, is this one-time thing, or no?
