Secret door bugged?

So this new door+ recipe is in a hidden room, which is said to be accessed via a closed stone door with 2 small pillars infront of it to click on.
I ran the pyramid floor now 3 times all over ever wall room corner checked, NOTHING.

Is this a bug where rng failed to create the secret entrance pillars for me or why the hell can't I find it?

Found a secret door in act 1 too and I can't find it's switch.

Edit: I found it in the pillar. XD
