Avatar of the Slaughter passive from Forbidden Jewel on Standard removed

This is really getting annoying at this point. That forbidden jewel was 200+ divines for just one of the jewels, so that is 400+ divines total in investment that they decided it was appropriate to remove for Standard. What did Avatar of the Slaughter grant? It granted 10% increased Attack Damage per Frenzy Charge. 4% increased Movement Speed per Frenzy Charge. 4% increased Attack Speed per Frenzy Charge. 10% increased Evasion Rating per Frenzy Charge

What did they give instead as a replacement? They gave Standard "Oath of Winter" on the forbidden jewel instead. What does it grant? "Enemies you Freeze remain Frozen for at least 2 seconds". Useless.

They somehow managed to remove almost every way of achieving some form of movement speed from the game. They removed the movement speed from rage. They removed movement speed from being able to weapon switch to Sinvicta's Mettle for Rampage. Removed 30% movement speed from quicksilver flasks, removed movement speed from frenzy charges on the Raider class, and then moved the only source of movement speed per frenzy at the outer reach of the tree at the very bottom, that no one will spec into because you're already crammed for points in the game between having to sacrifice almost all points into damage or all points into defensiveness, meaning you're either playing a glass cannon or a zDPS tank that still manages to get 1 shot due to bs mechanics. So there's no balanced build to make unless you invest in mirror gear. It only takes 1 look at PoE Ninja to see that this is the case.

The game is not fun when it's slow, period. You might have people on here telling you they enjoy traveling across the map like snails but the whole premise behind this game is to have a god-like character that is powerful and fast. They instead take away power, speed AND defensiveness with each patch. It's annoying, it's not fun and just makes the game worse.
