Issue with Shipping Rewards

I'll make this quick, under no circumstance should you open your shipping rewards with a low level character unless you want a boat load of items that don't match up/reflect the quantity and quality of items you loaded onto the boat.

I had just started with a second character when I got the boat popup message, it might just be me who's dumb but I figured since I loaded the boat with all the materials the items would still reflect the material sent and I could just stash them with my new character. boy was I wrong, I had sent a boat with a Shipment Value a little over 6000 and what I got in return was 5 level 2 items. Totally not worth the over 200 smelted bars and all the other goodies I put on the boat.

Devs team, if this is intended. A warning or something would have prevented me from cashing in this reward if I knew it would be leveled down so harshly.

I did the same, I don't think it's a dumb thing to do and agree it should have a warning.
