A Dirty Job bug ?

I try to accomplish the quest "A Dirty Job" and I have clear all the zone, but a "Corrupted Growth" is present and I can't destroy it so the quest is not validate

I have this same problem, except the final monster is a skeleton archer stuck inside the mining node. Can't harm it, even with ground slam's aoe.

Same Issue, except a dripping dead is stuck inside and I can't harm it. It's literally the last enemy for me to kill. Cannot complete quest.

i have the same issue. just a different mob. tried re login but that didn't work.

Same issue with a Dripping Undead.
