My Kingsmarch stuck

I have put my miners in the mine and have gold in treasury but nothing is mining out(and the wage is 0/h). I need ore for everything so I can do nothing about my town now. Did I do anything wrong?

You need to find sources of ore in the areas.

You put them on the mine and when you find the encounter on the map and win, they go work there. You need to find the resources on the maps, playing normal.
