Intimidating Cry movement speed buff not working

Hello.

It seems that Intimidating Cry movement speed buff doesn't work. I don't see any change in my characters movement speed or in the character panel. I am using Sione, Sun's Roar, but I don't think it worked before that either, even when surrounded by enemies. The buff icon doesn't even appear like it does with Enduring Cry, for example.
