Account Locked - No Email Received

Hello Support Team,
I have no idea why, but I regularly need to unlock my account, even though I always log in from the same computer. Unfortunately, I don't receive the emails with the code at my Yahoo address, even though I've contacted support by email. I can't change my email address (the confirmation email doesn't arrive), nor can I link my poe account with Steam (again, the confirmation email doesn't arrive). What can I do? Thanks for your help! I first recommend contacting your email provider to see if they can assist you with the issue you are having with receiving emails. If they aren't able to help, please contact our team at support@grindinggear.com so that we can assist you further.

Thanks for your reply, I'm still waiting for their reply. I would strongly advise against linking the account to a Yahoo address, there's no way to contact their service...

I am having same issue as of 10pm on 12/5/2024 in South Korea. I have contacted and emailed the support center and have yet to get a response.

same here with yahoo mail. Can't receive any email confirmation. Please help, I'm desperate to get into the game. I bought the early access but it's such a waste if you don't address this issue.

The game login prompt requires unlock code verification. Currently, the problem is that the email has not received the verification unlock code for a long time.
