Does rage affect damaging ailments?

Basically title. Does rage's "More Attack Damage" affect damaging ailments like bleed, poison, and ignite?
I have been searching for this all around and it's not addressed in the RAQ thread. Last bumped on Jul 25, 2024, 8:30:18 PM

Bleed, poison and ignite is not attack damage, it is a different type of damage - damage over time.
