Can Fatal Flourish (Duelist Forbidden Flesh/Flame Ascendancy) cause Retaliation skills to repeat?

That is a great question. The current wording of Fatal Flourish seems pretty clear that they would support Retaliation skills, though I'm not sure if it's an oversight or intended.

You basically check restrictions listed on Multistrike support and see what melee skills can't be repeated. Multistrike can't support Retaliation skills.

That's not necessarily true. Fatal flourish works on attack skills, even those not supported by multistrike (bow skills and blade trap, for example). We'll have to see if they're supported, but given current interactions it looks like they should!
