1. Do all hits still ignite?

If yes, which one is true:

2. Are ignites from all hits scaled by the critical strike multiplier?

3. Are ignites from critical strikes only scaled by the critical strike multiplier?

4. Does Perfect Agony overwrite DoT multiplier from non-critical strikes that still ignite?
