Re-enable tutorials/pop-up help?

Was browsing the help panel and fat fingered the (Y) button on controller this is the disable help pop-up. Anyway to re-enable these or am I screwed an d need to start over?

Tutorials can't be renabled for a character once disabled (says so in the 'Game' menu). So you have to start a new character alas.

However, I'm pretty sure there is nothing in the tutorials that doesn't exist in the 'Help' menu (press ';' or the Info bubble box next to 'Shop' where your action bar is). I believe all the basics are there including illustrations etc. But if you only just started, maybe start a new character (different class) play out a diff built or w/e until you get all the info you need in the tutorials, then you can switch to your previous character!
