+% to Minimum Elusive Effect

I've been thinking about this while playing my dagger build, and I believe increasing the minimum effect of Elusive could make the game more enjoyable.

Currently, the Elusive buff starts at 100% and gradually decreases to 0%. I suggest introducing mods that increase the minimum effect of Elusive. For example, with a mod like "+15% to Minimum Elusive Effect," the Elusive buff would decrease from 100% to only 15% before disappearing.

GGG is the most tryhard developer company in the world. They will never give you avoidance on anything more than you have right now. I'm surprised that they added elusive mechanic to their game.

Have you seen the new anoints OP? They have done pretty close to what you suggested, Elusive decay is 50% slower and its removed at 20% is the passive I believe.

If they had it as a stackable mod where you could get the value high it would kinda kill the flavour and just make them have to nerf nightblade so its a small halfway house I guess
