New Anoint - Hollow Effigy

I really like the idea of Hollow Effigy as just a flavor anoint that can be used to give you your boots slot back or maybe 1-2 sockets, but I'd love to see it with some offering effect (a very rare source, only from a mastery and I think body armour eldritch mod), or specific Offering Duration to make it easier to maintain the 5 sec buff if its meant to be more of a power for convenience trade off.
