How does Redblade Banner / Infinite Warcry Power work ?

What does it mean they have infinite power ? and how does it work when the warcries say up to a maximum of X Power ?

Ok nvm, its just a missleading text that seems to mean totaly something else then it actually means....
Infinite doesnt mean Max - just mentioning that...for some reason here it does...
