Regret Orbs 3.25 & bandit respec

Can anyone confirm if regret orbs will still be in the game in 3.25.

Also, have the devs stated if the bandit respec recipe has changed?

Mainly I want to know if I have a fallback for respecing my ascendency incase my initial build is dog, and incase the gold cost at high level is too high for a big respec.
