3.25 Flasks quality nerf?

I was planning to use a Replica Rumi's Concoction in my build. Currently, when it has a 30% quality, duration is 2.4 seconds, but in the updated version of PoB, says 0.8 seconds. Is this true? If yes, this is a huge nerf.

I thought flask quality was always multiplicative but in the patch notes it says "Quality bonuses on Armour, Weapons, and Flasks are now multiplicative." Maybe something changed.

Quality is now multiplicative, as in it multiplies your flasks duration instead of increases the duration. Replica Rumi's Concoction has a huge reduced duration modifier. Quality offsets that massive debuff. Pre 3.25 you go from 10% duration to 40% duration of a regular granite flask (2.4 instead of 0.6 seconds). Post patch it will be 0.6 * 130% which it rounds to 0.8 seconds. So yes, it's a huge nerf to Replica Rumi's Concoction.

Did they every specify quality will be affecting the duration? I got the impression it was going to affect the implicit instead, but that might have just been me.

" Quality on utility flasks has been affecting the duration and not the effect, and nothing in the patch notes implies that that is changing. Maybe you have it confused with quality on life/mana/hybrid flasks where the quality increases the amount restored? |

" It has nothing to to do with the patch notes but how it was introduced in the reveal. There are several things in the reveal not in the patch notes. |
