Alira's Elemental Buff Disappeared

I'm in Part 2 Act 8 and I felt like enemies were suddenly dealing more damage than before to me, I checked my character stats and realized my Elemental Resistances are 0% for Fire and Cold and 20% for Electric. I did help Alira in Act 2 and just to check I went back to talk to her and she said a dialogue without sound that said something like she didn't like me anymore and I wasn't welcome in her forest. It only let me read it once and then it disappeared too.
Is there such a mechanic where we can lose the Bandit buffs we earn in Act 2? Does anyone know why my Alira buffs just straight disappeared?

The Kitava encounters in both act 5 and 10 decrease your resistances by 30% each. You have done one of these.

Most likely you are suffering from a lack of resists due to the -30% to all resistances penalty after defeating Kitava in Act 5.

Crafting bench can add resistances to your gear.
