Atlas passive skill point for ALL Div Cards

It's cool you now can farm div cards from one map on another from next update with linking the maps, Much more fun to farm you're favourite cards on you're favourite map!... BUT, I would also like to see a atlas passive skill point who actually enable ALL cards to be randomly dropped on ALL maps. I want to be suprised with the drop, and not limited to only be possible to drop some limited cards on each map. I think it would be fun for us not just farming one card...
