Cleave of Rage + new Berserker Ascendancy

With the change to "Rite of Ruin" to no longer give you "Inherent effects from having Rage are Tripled" but now gives "50% increased Rage Effect" I was wondering if this means the effect from Cleave of Rage that give you "0.1 meters to Radius per 5 Rage" with be 50% better if you have this ascendancy.
