Warcry Changes + Wiki! Enemy Power? (Duplicate I Posted In Wrong Forum)

I like what I see in the warcry changes. They are interesting and open up some new synergies in group play! However, some of the warcries are 25 power and the others are 30. It would be great when the patch is released that the skill gems themselves will tell you what their max power gain is, so I know how much I am scaling.

Will enemy power change or is it the same as it was for normal, magic, rare and unique monsters?
