adding low level unique item sink

something that would help to give this uniques some value while also giving them a use past the early levels

selling the same unique x5 = upgraded version of that unique, this will be repeated multiple times for multiple upgrades, as an example

gorebreaker x5 = gorebreaker v2, Same stats but the base is the warhammer mace
gorebreaker v2 x5 = gorebreaker v3, Same stats but the base is the Barbed Club mace
gorebreaker v3 x5 = gorebreaker v4, Same stats but the base is the Tenderizer mace
gorebreaker v4 x5 = gorebreaker final, gains a special mod like increase to attack speed instead apply more attack damage with this weapon at a % of its value


Quecholli x5 = Quecholli v2 (lvl 40), 50-75 attributes, explosion deals 15%, rest remain equal
Quecholli v2 x5 = Quecholli v3 (lvl 50), 75-100 attributes, explosion deals 20%, rest remain equal
Quecholli v3 x5 = Quecholli v4 (lvl 60), 100-125 attributes, explosion deals 25%, rest remain equal
Quecholli v4 x5 = Quecholli final (lvl 70), increase and reduction to aoe also apply to area damage at 200% of its value, rest remain equal.

Bramblejack x5: Bramblejack v2 (lv30), double life gain from str, rest remain equal
Bramblejack v2 x5: Bramblejack v3 (lv40), gains thorn aura, rest remain equal
Bramblejack v3 x5: Bramblejack v4 (lv60), 1000% of Damage taken reflected to Attacker, rest remain equal
Bramblejack v4 x5: Bramblejack final (lv70), % of Armour applies to Fire, Cold, Lightning and chaos Damage taken from Hits

thorn aura: Casts an aura that deals physical Damage over Time to nearby Enemies equal to a % of your total armour
