Ideas for build? I want to make a build that plays like garen from lol.

Anyhow I think for the next league I'm going to start with a build that plays similar to garen from league of legends. Basically I want to use cyclone yes I know it's kind of bad right now but I'll deal with it. While also having a large damage ultimate type ability.

I talked to someone and they suggested vaal flicker strike for the ultimate ability and doing an omni build. I think omni will be out of my budget range for too long so I was thinking of just doing varunastra type build. I was also considering budget armor stacker as a way to get good defenses and offence but I feel like that might also be a bit expensive and possibly not good enough dps wise if done on a poor mans budget.

Anyways looking for build ideas or gearing options for league starter garen style build.

If you can find some way to make cyclone trigger max value shocks you could pair it with lightning conduit for a very Garen R esque style finisher when you have a screen full of shocked enemies.

Probably tough to make viable though since you are combining spell and attack
