Searing Exarch gains 1 Atlas passive not 2

Finally defeated Searing Exarch (yay), got my first ever voidstone (double yay). It also drops a book that gives 1 Atlas passive and 2 Atlas refund points.
But the quest description says, "The Searing Exarch. Quest complete - You have defeated The Searing Exarch and the Black Star. You have unlocked the Omniscient Voidstone and gained 2 Atlas Passive Skill Points and 4 Atlas Passive Respec Points." Did this quest used to give double the points? Last bumped on Jul 5, 2024, 9:51:11 AM
