Do Domination Scarab of Teachings affect exp gain for party members or only who click on shrine?

" just affect to ppl with shrine buffs, but in party, u can regroup around the shrine, one someone click, all in 'few area' will got the shrine buffs, so all ones will gain the exp buff. just regroup ur party members before click in shrine and its will works fine!! \/

" yeah, when someone pick shrine its goes to everyone in same party in a few area... test with a friend in any area (blood aqueduct etc), everyone gain shrine buff if near of shrine when someone pick it. sorry for bad english. ps.: search for videos with party group leveling together and u will see its working. \/

If one's atlas tree grants multiple mods per shrine click and if you click on multiple shrines before any expire, does having 4, 6, or even 8 buffs change the exp points earned?
