What progress shared cross-character?

Obviously stash is shared cross character (within the same league)

But there are so many things to progress end game I was curious if anything else is shared cross character (with the same league of course).

Unlocked hideouts?
Crafting recipes?
Rogue Harbor crew leveling (and items?)
Delving upgrades?

I ask because it would seem really tedious to have to relevel or unlock all this stuff ever single character.

All that is shared between characters.
And so is your Atlas tree

Most things remain whilst in the same league. Things like progress on the delve tree will be shared by the characters and beast pool in the menagerie, some other things are separate to individual characters, like what is available in the expedition window and I think you get new heist missions on the main story line, but you don't loose progress on the first character in this case, just get a new set for each character. In these cases it's really a benefit and not something where you are doubling up the tedium. For the heist crew they and their items they are shared between characters.

League migration is a different mater, when you get transferred into the parent league at the end of the league or otherwise, a lot of your progress does not transfer, and some items/mechanics may not transfer at all depending on changes and what is being added/removed to the parent league. Some things do, but it might require some preparation like having legacy maps to regain your atlas and some tedious repeating of progress is probably also unavoidable.

As far as I know, Alva does not cross-character, so did Ritual deferred items

The unlocked quest dialogue when finishing Expedition logbook seems also not cross-character

I think Kirac missions and his shop are shared by characters.
