Lightning Mastery Passive Skill Unable to Refund

I'm unable to refund the passive skill tree point in the lightning point mastery shown in the image i try clicking and it doesn't work.

You can't take the same Mastery from multiple wheels, so hovering a wheel shows which Masteries are allocated, even if they aren't allocated from that wheel.

The Lightning Mastery you have allocated, isn't allocated at any location in the picture. The location you have it allocated at is the Crackling Speed wheel.
