Does "Echoes of Creation"s warcry plus cooldown use enable "Call to Arms"s trigger for two different wacries at same time?

if it worked like that you could also use second wind support with it. i havent tested though. *second wind support specifies no instant skills.

I just tested it. it uses 2 warcries at a time.

It only seems to gain 1 charge though per cooldown though. so wont work on a loop.

I dont know how useful it would be. but if your warcry cd was fast enough you could toggle call to arms until you have 2 charges then toggle it on again. and it gives you 1 button for 2 warcries.

you could probably get it low enough with rbb, but im not sure what slam outside of bls that you could do that wouldnt be bad. you would have a hard time keeping battlemages cry up unless you had like a 2.9s warcry cd. Then your limited to picking either intimidating which has low exerts or rallying which i dont know how that works with bls. does it count all the added damage as the base damage of the weapon?

My goal was actually to get some hit damage on myself along with "Enduring Cry" for the physical damage reduction and "take damage triggers". Since it won't work properly because those cooldowns run out at different turns, maybe i will let "enduring cry" down and aim for a lot of armour..


For warcries cooldown i would aim for gem quality, since it gives 2% CD for each 1% quality, maybe "ashes of the stars" + "Enhance". For Two-handed builds Dialla's Malefaction would be great too. Those gem quality boosters work for "call to arms" too, at some point it would start to reduce warcries CD as well.
