Cookie Policy changed again ??

As I noticed Chrome and Firefox changed cookie policy. Now session cookie is removing by Browser with no time expiration when closing. Previous such cookie was named as Session Cookie and remained long time...

What issue exactly are you having? I use Chrome and Firefox and have no issues with PoE on either. Or on MS Edge.

Obviously you have checked the remember option when logging in. Now without checking this option the user is logged out after closing the browser. This is not a bug, this is a global change to the cookie policy in most Browsers. I noticed that only Opera works as before.
