Experiencing Extreme Ping Issues in PoE – Reaching 20000 ms and Getting Kicked to Main Menu

Hey Exiles,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue and hopefully find a solution. Recently, I've been having some extreme ping issues in Path of Exile. Out of nowhere, my ping skyrockets to 20000 ms and then the game kicks me back to the main menu. This has been happening quite frequently and it's making the game unplayable for me.

Here's a bit more context:

Server: I'm playing on the EU server.
ISP: My ISP is Toya, and generally, I don't have any issues with other online games.

Setup: I'm using a wired connection, not Wi-Fi, so it's not a local network issue.

Time: The ping spikes seem to happen randomly, not at specific times of the day.

Attempts to Fix: I've tried restarting my router, checking for any large downloads or uploads happening in the background, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work. Also i contacted my ISP, and i really tried everything, so maybe it's PoE problem.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a known fix or something specific I should be checking? It’s incredibly frustrating, especially during critical moments in the game. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
