Linking steam and playstation???

Is it possible to play my steam account poe characters on my ps5? When I open poe on my playstation it automatically logs me into a playstation account

I'm afraid that it is not currently possible to play Path of Exile using your Steam account on Playstation, as these versions of Path of Exile run on entirely separate platforms. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
