Does notables on clusters are additive?

Does notables on clusters are additive?

I've 2 cluster jewels, then I roll the same notable passive on both of them, let's say Calamitous
30% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills
10% chance to Freeze, Shock and Ignite
15% increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments

When I will put them both on the tree - both would add their %, so it would be (in total from both combined)
60% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills
20% chance to Freeze, Shock and Ignite
30% increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments

or not?

Based on WIKI it would be stacked: "but duplicates of the same notable skills can be stacked"

You can stack them yes. The only thing I know of that doesn't really work like this is your anointments, in which you can't double your anointment with points selected on the tree.

They are stackable in general. The "up to x%" parts that some of them have do not stack though, its a global limit.
