is there way to select/drag multiple items from inventory to stash vis-versa

The only way to do that is in a trade window, where you can press ctrl + shift + click to move all of one type of currency to the window.

People often bind their scroll wheel to left click to reduce the amount of clicks they need to do manually - you can do this with your mouse software if it has that functionality, or AHK or similar. Just remember the golden rule: one player action (like a single button press) can do at most one server-side action.
