area is influenced by the shaper?

in the kirac mission i often seen " area is influenced by the shaper" is that been if i kill the boss from the mission map, it count toward my n/28 shaper influence in the atlas?

This is not only in Kirac missions, you can find maps with this mod. It contains extra monsters from the respective influencer (Elder/Shaper). There is also a small chance for shaper/elder influenced items to drop.
