lag spikes and ping bug

it happens randomly through the day, sometimes even if says low ping when i loggin, it stops at high ping like 90 100 ms and stays or get higher, sometimes it lag spikes from 10ms to 100000 constantly, it has been almost unplayable at days, some days is bareable but its very depressing playing like this..
https://pastebin.com/5yd9Dn9R here the winmtr of todays lag bug... at normal day its 10-20 ms, today is craved at 100 ms, i tested other games and the ping are normal, only on poe.

Your problem is starting somewhere at your ISP handoff or right after your ISP as a handoff or on the receiving end of another what looks to be backbone.

This doesn't look like a GGG issue to me.

So in case you are having problems reading or understanding I've underlined some parts of the image. It's likely a routing issue after your ISP.

This is not a direct GGG issue.

its not only me that having this problem, almost everyone in japan, or brazil or anywhere that has this similar issue. also, are you employeed at GGG? if not, ill disregard anything you wrote.
Yes, because they all are having ROUTING issues. It could be due to over utilization of a network device along the route or just a high amount of congestion.

Sao Paulo has a known routing issue all over SA (Arentina, Peru, Brazil). It's been pointed out many times. I've also seen many issues complaining of routing issues for the Singapore connections.

Your issue has already been pointed out exactly where your high ping spikes are originating in your WinMTR you posted.

There are many routing issues posted on here, PC bottleneck issues, and old crappy PCs that have been neglected of updates for their BIOS, chipset, and graphics drivers. A lot of people get these posts confused and combine them into one giant post of issues that are not always related to one another.

But your issue falls into a routing or congestion issue as pointed out in the images.

Nobody on the forum can help your issue.

I'm sorry you're having these high ping spikes and I hope it gets sorted out for you.

As a follow up..

The only way your specific issue can be resolved

1 GGG acknowledges these posts from everyone's pastebin reports clearly showing high ping issues mid route and wants to step in or reach out to ISP's and backbone providers to identify the cause.

2 You want to pester your ISP about the routing issues you're having from your home connection to the end point (the last ip in your pastebin) and show them the tests and ask them to test the connection from their hub to the end point you're testing at the times you're experiencing the high ping issues.

3 The issue gets eventually resolved by other means without GGG intervening or you getting your ISP involved to assist.

4 Play on another server that does not have routing or network congestion issues along the path.

5 Try a VPN to the same server to see if it helps at all. There are many free VPN's available if you do not have one.

Do all of the other games you play connect through the same exact networking route to the same exact data center?

The connection goes from your modem > to your ISP's hub main connection point > then it likely gets passed off to a larger "highway" to transfer the data to another connection point and so on until it reaches the final destination. These connection points are "hops" and they are all those connection points in that pastebin WinMTR with different IP addresses.

One of these "hops" or the large bandwidth "highway" fiber connections seems to have an issue along the route the game data is taking and it can be a multitude of potential things causing your high latency at specific times of the day/night.

Every packet that's sent to the game server has a packet header that contains the basic information of the origin of the connection (your pc) and where the data needs to get sent to (the data center hosting the game). This packet data doesn't tell anything how to get to the end point... it simply says "I need to get sent to this IP address" however you can send me there. The path it takes may not be the most optimal.

I’ve had some issues with lag recently, had techs onsite to work on it though, was in my end, meh.
