[QoL] Increase regex length

League after leagues I find myself compromising as I can't just write the regex that I want. This seems to be a recurring theme on streams like Ben and others.

1) It's a good/easy task someone recently onboarded on the team can do.
2) It'd help a lot of the "power users".
3) Does not impact other users, performance or gameplay in any way.

Remove regex and replace it with a gui box for the function it serves.
